Your first month, step by step

1. Tell us you are here

   Email fountainvillage3317@gmail.com with your name, address, phone number and email address. That gets you on the list for community notices and puts your correct contact information in the association’s records.

2. Set up your dues payment

   Board to confirm

   The dues amount, the payment schedule, who checks are made payable to and the address they go to will be printed here so no new owner has to ask.

   Until then, contact our Treasurer, Rene Baker, at prenebaker@gmail.com.

3. Get your gate access and guest instructions

   Board to confirm

   How a new owner gets a gate code or remote, how guests and deliveries get in, and who to call when the gate will not open.

4. Learn the trash and recycling schedule

   Board to confirm

   Collection day, which service, where carts go and when they must come back in, plus bulk pickup.

5. Read the rules before you change anything outside

   Fountain Village is governed by recorded Covenants, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations. Painting, fencing, roofing, additions and most landscaping changes need written approval from the Architectural Control Committee before the work begins.

6. Use the clubhouse and pool

   The clubhouse at 4900 Centre Court has a full kitchen, a fireplace and bathrooms, and it sits beside the swimming pool. It is used for community events and can be reserved by residents for private gatherings.

7. Come meet your neighbors

   Poker night is the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. Book Club meets the first Monday at 1:00 p.m. Chair Yoga runs most Wednesday mornings outside the summer break. There are also potlucks, cookouts and Friday happy hours through the year.
