Governing documents
The current site lists a heading for 2021 Updated Bylaws with no document attached to it. If that document exists, send it over and it will be posted here. The original recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions is also not currently posted anywhere.

Meeting minutes, budgets and notices
Nothing in this category is currently published. Posting the annual budget, the approved minutes of each board meeting and the annual meeting notice is the single strongest thing an HOA can do for member trust, and it is the most common thing residents come to a site looking for. Send whatever the board is willing to publish and it will be listed here by date.
