No board meeting or annual meeting dates are currently on the calendar. Those are the two dates residents look for first. Send the 2026–2027 meeting schedule and it will go at the top of this table.
Our regular schedule
Through the year we also hold potlucks, cookouts, the Groundhog Chili Cook-Off, a Fourth of July celebration, Beans and Cornbread night, Friday happy hours and the Christmas party. Watch this page and your email for dates.
Reserving the clubhouse
The clubhouse has a full kitchen, a fireplace and bathrooms, and sits beside the pool. Residents may reserve it for private functions such as family gatherings, birthdays and holiday dinners. Reserved dates appear on the calendar above as “private event” so that residents can see when the building is spoken for without anyone’s name being published.

How far in advance a resident may book, whether there is a fee or a refundable deposit, the clean-up expectations, and whether alcohol or outside caterers are permitted. Also whether Melinda Walker would like her email address published here.
