About our community

Fountain Village is a gated community of garden homes in Granbury, Texas. The streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters were finished in 2006, almost unheard of in Hood County outside the Granbury city limits at the time, and the first residents moved in during February 2007.

Most of our residents are empty nesters who wanted to downsize without giving up the comforts of a larger family home. We have a large clubhouse with a full kitchen, fireplace and bathrooms, sitting right beside our swimming pool, and neighbors who genuinely enjoy each other’s company: Friday happy hour, potlucks, cookouts, poker and book club.
